Refunds
No refunds will be issued if the product is not obviously defective or has any functional issues. (All opened or used products are not resaleable.)
If a refund is required for personal preference and the product is unused, a refund is available.
All returned products must be properly packaged to ensure the integrity of both the product and the packaging.
If any returned product is damaged or in any way that could be considered damaged, a partial refund or no refund will be issued. (Unboxing videos are generally available.)
All refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the product and ensuring it is in good condition. (If there are no issues, the refund will be issued promptly.)
If Awizardbr shipped the wrong product, please follow the steps below.
Ship the keyboard to A1718 N St NW, Washington, DC 20036. After shipping, please send the courier name and tracking number to: Support@awizardbr.cloud
Awizardbr will generally arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you upon receipt.
Please do not use courier services that do not have tracking information.
